When you register in the Trivyol app or through the website you will be asked to enter your name and email address to be able to create an account. Phone number and profile picture are optional. Also, you will be asked for the credit card information to make payments. Credit card information won’t be saved anywhere in our system. All transactions are processed through an online payment provider, Stripe (our partner that processes the transactions, www.stripe.com), unless as a tasker, you allow Trivyol to directly transfer your earnings once it reaches a minimum of $25. We will ask you to allow the app to have access to your location. This is required and will be used to personalize the missions (photo and text requests created by requester’s users) and to allow us to notify you about the active missions close to you.
When you want to make a photo and text request (as a requester user), you will need to enter a credit card information to be able to make the payments. You have the option to save the credit card information in the system. Actual credit card information will be stored with stripe not in our system. In order to receive payments (as a tasker user), our system will create an inactive stripe account for you which is linked to your email address. Once you register in our system, you can decide to activate your Stripe account to let it link to your Trivyol account or you can ignore it and let it inactive. To manage your earnings you can either use your linked Stripe account or let Trivyol to transfer your earnings to you directly (for more information about this, please refer to the Trivyol Terms and Conditions).
