Trivyol Inc. is a technology company that provides a platform for on-demand photo and text message services. Requester’s users
submit a mission (photo and text message request from their desired locations) and agent users (taskers) implement the missions.
To create a Trivyol account you need to have an email address and a smartphone running at least ios 7.0 or Android 4.1. For
being a tasker you will need to be eligible to make money in your country.
You need to download the app from Google Play or App Store. Go to the Signup page, Provide your email and then create your
username and password to log in the Trivyol app. To be able to activate your account you will receive an email with a
verification link to verify your account.
Stripe (www.stripe.com) is an online payment provider that we use to handle the
transactions. We will use Stripe to process the
rewards when you make a request. Also, you can user Stripe to cash out your earnings.
As a tasker, you can cash out your earnings by any of the following ways: 1. Create an account in Stripe (our partner) and
manage your payments and transactions therein. For this, you need to go to the settings from the Trivyol App and click on the
“Connect with Stripe” button and follow up the process. 2. Let Trivyol to transfer your earnings to your personal bank account.
For this, you will need to let your earning to reach to a minimum of $25 for Trivyol to be able to transfer your earnings. You
will need to provide a PayPal or bank account information.
You can go to the settings from Trivyol App and then click on the button “Connect with Stripe”, and proceed with the steps to
connect your Stripe account with your Trivyol account.
In the case that you use the Stripe account to cash out your earnings, you will need to link a bank account to your Stripe
account. All the earnings that you receive using our system will be transferred in your stripe account. We will transfer your
earnings bi-monthly to your stripe account.
You have two ways to get to the New Request page. Either from the Drawer > “New Request” OR from the Home Screen > “Request
Mission” > “Request”. Then from the map or by using the search icon find your desired location. From the bottom of the page
click on the address you entered to fill the required fields in the request description page. You need to add some description
about the photo that you want. Add the amount of the reward, and expiration time to let the taskers know how quickly you want
the this mission to be done. Then you need to press the “Make Photo Request” button which takes you to the payment screen where
you need to enter your credit card info and then complete the mission.
You have two ways to get in the “Accept Mission” page. Either from the Drawer > “Current Mission” OR from the Home Screen >
“Accept Mission” > “Mission”. Here you can see the new missions based on your distance settings. If you don’t see any mission
you may need to go to the Drawer > “Settings” to increase the ranges that you want to see the missions. Then you see the
missions including some descriptions that you can see before accepting or rejecting the missions.
